What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design and evolution of the global data and BI architecture, ensuring scalability and long-term adaptability
- Define technical standards for data modeling, ETL processes, BI development, and deployment practices
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, IT teams, and business leaders to align data solutions with strategic goals
- Enable self-service analytics by building transparent, well-documented systems with strong governance
- Support data-driven decision-making across regions through reliable, accessible data platforms
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in BI architecture or consulting within large-scale enterprise environments
- Proven experience designing and implementing BI solutions and data platforms
- Familiarity with Azure-based data technologies and SQL-centric data warehousing
- Ability to turn complex business needs into efficient, maintainable technical designs
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders and guiding technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multinational, cross-cultural organizations
- Background supporting self-service BI, predictive analytics, or AI integration
