What You'll Do
Lead and grow a team of analysts by fostering collaboration, professional development, and a culture of continuous improvement. Set clear expectations, provide mentorship, and build systems that support high performance.
Design and execute analytics strategies that align with business goals, delivering insights through advanced analysis, scenario planning, and custom reporting. Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership.
Develop and manage enterprise dashboards and KPI tracking systems to monitor organizational performance. Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and timely updates across functions.
Build reusable data models, visualization frameworks, and automation tools to increase efficiency and consistency in reporting. Promote best practices in analytics across departments.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify key questions, define metrics, and implement data solutions that support decision-making. Strengthen internal analytics capabilities through training and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in analytics or data-centric roles, including at least 3 years leading teams or managing projects
- Proven experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and business intelligence platforms
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake
- Experience building automated dashboards and scalable reporting systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative field
