Stryker Corporation is hiring a Sr. Field Marketing Specialist for its Digital Healthcare segment. In this role, you will drive product marketing strategies and programs, utilizing both traditional and innovative marketing approaches. You will provide direct sales support and analysis to achieve critical business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Assess the impact of competitive dynamics through competitive analysis.
- Maintain networks for obtaining competitive information.
- Understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition to specific audiences.
- Work with inputs from a KOL network.
- Explain different product features to different customers as appropriate.
- Surface new or unexpressed customer needs.
- Escalate systemic problems that could affect customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to Brand and marketing managers in the development and sales support of marketing segments.
- Develop, drive, and support regional and national tactics, actions, and campaigns.
- Perform sales and marketing analysis, assist with trade shows, literature development, presentations, and publicity.
- Gather internal and external market insights to share with stakeholders.
- Apply product knowledge in combination with technical knowledge to educate and articulate value.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for growth in assigned regions.
- Provide sales training, develop roadmaps, and support new program launches.
- Develop sales tools and drive marketing campaign execution.
- Provide direct sales support in the field.
- Partner across business functions to develop internal business processes.
- Liaise and influence across business units’ marketing teams to develop and execute enterprise-wide data strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of work experience.
Nice to Have
- MBA.
- 2 years of medical device experience.
- 2 years of marketing experience.
- Healthcare software solutions experience.
- Experience creating presentations.
- Experience using PowerPoint for presentations.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $69,100 - $139,600 plus bonus eligibility.

Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates in the Pacific time zone are preferred.
