Lead the execution of brand and event marketing strategies within a global B2B environment. This role is responsible for turning strategic goals into actionable plans across events, content, design, and digital platforms, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage participation in major international industry events, including ICE, SBC, and SiGMA, from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with Sales to define target accounts, schedule meetings, and prepare teams for maximum impact.
- Oversee the production of marketing assets, landing pages, and website updates tied to event campaigns.
- Coordinate with external partners such as designers, developers, and exhibit builders to deliver polished, professional results.
- Ensure alignment across teams on timelines, deliverables, and priorities, acting as the central point of coordination.
- Support the development of sales presentations and client-facing materials that reflect brand standards.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or project coordination within a B2B context.
- Proven track record managing international trade shows or exhibitions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Structured approach to problem-solving and task ownership.
- Familiarity with marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ability to coordinate internal teams and external vendors efficiently.
