What You'll Do
As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll act as a key liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of marketing initiatives. You'll support business development and lead localized marketing efforts across France, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
You’ll collaborate with the EU Operations Manager on daily tasks, including event planning, content coordination, and internal communications. Your role will involve managing deadlines for conferences and promotional materials, overseeing printing, merchandise, and digital assets to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Working hand-in-hand with the global marketing team, you’ll help coordinate creative projects, social media content, and research-driven campaigns tailored to the French market. You’ll also maintain up-to-date records of all ongoing marketing activities and serve as the go-to contact for teams seeking marketing support.
Requirements
- Native fluency in French with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or a fast-paced marketing-adjacent role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with comfort working independently and meeting deadlines
- Ability to analyze feedback, contribute ideas, and adapt quickly within a multidisciplinary team
- Confident interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork

- Experience in social media or community management
