What You'll Do
- Translate high-level strategic goals into executable plans tailored to regional markets, ensuring alignment between global objectives and local operational realities across AMER and APAC.
- Collaborate with teams in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to streamline allocation processes, particularly during peak periods, new market launches, and scaling efforts.
- Support annual planning cycles and budget forecasting by analyzing performance data to guide efficient distribution of resources across North America, Asia, and Australia/New Zealand.
- Act as a primary point of contact for market teams, resolving operational blockers, tracking evolving needs, and escalating critical issues to leadership when necessary.
- Develop analytical models and reporting tools to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform planning decisions.
- Design and maintain dashboards that improve visibility into business performance, enabling faster and more informed decision-making at the local level.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and lead initiatives to build scalable, long-term improvements in planning and reporting systems.
- Support a culture of innovation and inclusion by fostering safe, creative problem-solving environments and prioritizing team safety and collaboration.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or project management roles with a focus on execution and cross-functional coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, with experience articulating data-driven insights and building consensus across departments and seniority levels.
- Proven ability to work independently, adapt to ambiguity, and initiate action without direct oversight.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools; experience interpreting datasets to guide business decisions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the capacity to balance day-to-day tasks with strategic priorities.
- Ability to collaborate across time zones, including regular coordination with stakeholders in AMER, APAC, and EU regions.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
