As a Field Marketing Manager, you'll play a central role in bringing field marketing strategies to life across the United States and select international regions. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of marketing events, ensuring every logistical detail is executed with precision to support pipeline growth and sales engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Execute event plans in alignment with approved marketing strategies, focusing on operational accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage logistics for U.S.-based events, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site support when needed.
- Support international event expansion by coordinating with regional partners, researching vendors, and documenting processes for EMEA and APAC markets.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to plan and deliver targeted ABM events that drive pipeline acceleration and revenue outcomes.
- Oversee event calendars, operational playbooks, and documentation to maintain consistency and readiness across programs.
- Coordinate the movement of event assets—booths, signage, swag, and hardware—including freight, inventory tracking, and delivery logistics.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld through organized, accurate, and timely deployment of materials.
- Support post-event activities such as lead processing, data cleanup, and follow-up coordination with Sales Operations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align execution with strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in field marketing, event operations, or a related execution-focused role.
- Proven ability to manage complex event logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with a consistent focus on accuracy and follow-through.
- Experience working across time zones to support both domestic and international initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Familiarity with B2B technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments is preferred.
