What You'll Do
Develop and execute long-term brand strategies that strengthen BCC's presence in export markets, focusing on increased awareness, customer loyalty, and sales growth. Ensure brand messaging aligns with global Huggies positioning while meeting regional consumer needs.
Define and track key performance indicators such as market share, brand penetration, and consumer sentiment. Use market research and competitive analysis to uncover insights that inform marketing strategy, product development, and campaign optimization.
Lead product portfolio management, including innovation pipelines, pricing strategy, and packaging design. Drive successful new product launches with integrated marketing plans that span traditional, digital, and social channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling 360-degree campaigns. Partner with trade and sales teams to develop in-store promotions, shopper marketing initiatives, and e-commerce strategies that boost visibility and conversion.
Manage marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and return on investment. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to enhance profitability through pricing, innovation, or operational improvements.

- Proven experience in marketing with a history of delivering measurable business outcomes
