What You'll Do
Lead the complete sales journey from initial outreach to contract close, focusing on mid-market accounts with annual contract values between €35K and €45K. Develop and refine outbound strategies to generate consistent, scalable pipelines. Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, DevOps teams, and IT decision-makers, aligning technical needs with business outcomes. Improve sales efficiency by shaping internal processes, tools, and content. Work closely with Product to relay customer insights and help guide product evolution based on real-world feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in B2B SaaS sales, with proven success in mid-market deal cycles
- Experience closing deals in the four-figure ARR range, with a history of exceeding quotas
- Carried a quota of over €600K ARR in prior roles
- Consistently ranked in the top 10% of your sales team
- Comfortable selling to technical audiences such as engineers, DevOps, and IT professionals
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach—you identify opportunities and drive execution
- Proven experience in outbound sales models
- Fluent in English and either Spanish or French
- Based in Europe and eligible to work remotely
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with open-source software, developer-focused tools, product-led growth models, or startups at Series A to C stages is a strong advantage.
