Drive the strategic redesign of a comprehensive sales technology platform, shaping how customers engage and transact across both B2B and direct-to-consumer channels. This role is responsible for redefining the backend architecture and CRM experience to support global commercial operations with precision, scalability, and speed.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end transformation of the purchasing journey and CRM infrastructure, aligning system design with long-term business growth
- Translate complex commercial workflows into streamlined, automated processes using Salesforce and integrated sales tools
- Design data models and account structures that support multi-tiered sales strategies, from enterprise deals to self-service transactions
- Integrate intent signals and sales engagement platforms to prioritize outreach and reduce manual effort
- Collaborate closely with commercial leaders and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver systems that accelerate sales performance
- Advocate for intuitive internal tooling, ensuring systems enhance productivity rather than hinder it with excessive data entry
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in product management, with a focus on commercial systems
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or related sales technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in scaling Salesforce environments, including data modeling, approval workflows, and global pricing structures
- Proven success integrating intent data and engagement platforms into CRM to drive actionable sales workflows
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to maintain compliance and scalability in complex, regulated environments
- Track record of improving adoption of internal tools through user-centered design
- Experience designing omnichannel data architectures that unify enterprise and e-commerce paths
- Ability to influence across functions, balancing business needs with technical feasibility
Technical Environment
Work primarily within Salesforce, CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms, sales engagement tools, and intent data systems to build cohesive, intelligent sales infrastructure.
