What You'll Do
- Develop and test functional prototypes using AI-first tools like Cursor, Claude, and internal platforms to accelerate feature development
- Design and deploy minimum viable products, then iterate based on real user feedback and behavioral data
- Run end-to-end experiments: define hypotheses, instrument tracking, analyze A/B test results, and make go/no-go decisions
- Query and interpret data directly using SQL and Mixpanel to uncover usage patterns and opportunities
- Conduct regular user interviews to maintain continuous discovery and validate assumptions
- Operate on a rapid cycle of shipping, measuring, learning, and refining—repeating weekly
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on B2B SaaS with a product-led growth model
- Proven experience building AI-powered features, including prompt engineering, model testing, and deploying AI functionality into production
- Strong technical foundation: capable of launching products, building analytics dashboards, and writing product requirements or code when needed
- Experience setting up and analyzing A/B tests from hypothesis to decision
- Commitment to regular user research, including conducting concise, effective interviews
- Understanding of PLG dynamics such as user activation, habit formation, and expansion signals
- Preference for rapid iteration—valuing a working prototype today over a perfect plan tomorrow
