What You'll Do
Define the strategic direction for AI-powered features that empower financial advisors and reshape service delivery. Guide the end-to-end product roadmap, from concept to launch, ensuring intelligent systems improve real-world outcomes.
Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and data science leads to embed AI capabilities across the platform. Translate complex model behaviors into intuitive, user-focused experiences that advisors can trust and act on.
Ensure ethical AI practices are central to development by advocating for transparency, fairness, and explainability in every feature. Use experimentation and data analysis to validate assumptions, refine functionality, and demonstrate measurable impact.
