The Product Manager will own the product function from the ground up, translating company strategy into a prioritized roadmap, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring every feature delivers real business value. This is a founding product leadership role in a remote-first (US) company building a B2B referral platform for home services, with a path from Senior PM to VP of Product.
What You'll Do
- Translate company strategy into a prioritized product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams to ship features that drive real value, not vanity metrics
- Execute on a 2-3 month granular roadmap with clear success metrics
- Ruthlessly prioritize and lead the company on an ambitious product roadmap
- Be the subject matter expert: understand every feature, edge case, and data field
- Serve as the 'answer person' engineers turn to for product questions
- Maintain a single source of truth for all product knowledge
- Ensure any team member can find project status, specs, and owner in under 2 minutes
- Define success metrics before features ship
- Own post-launch scorecards
- Kill features that data shows are unused
- Synthesize support tickets, sales calls, and churn data
- Close the feedback loop when features ship by communicating updates to customers
- Meet with customers in the field to gather insights
What We're Looking For
- 4-8 years of product management experience
- At least 2 years of PM experience at an early-stage startup (<50 people)
- Operate with grit, speed, and obsession: thrive in high-velocity environments
- Work ethic to 'do what it takes' — including beyond 9–5 and five-day weeks
- Hands-on with technical details: write PRDs, use AI to create prototypes, run SQL queries
- Ability to opine on key technical decisions
- Think in systems and obsess over the end customer
- Willingness to get into the weeds with users and code
- Founder mentality: energized by building from scratch

Compensation: $160,000 - $185,000 base salary, early-stage equity package (amount depends on base salary and role level), bonus included; all-in comp potential of $200k+; compensation can stretch with competing offer and justified ROI.
Work Mode
Ideally in-person in Miami, Florida (strong preference), but open to remote work across the US. Hybrid role with flexibility for remote within the US.
