Shape the future of data at a mission-driven health organization. As a Product Manager II focused on Reporting & Analytics, you'll lead the evolution of our internal data platform to better serve clinical and operations teams. Your work will directly influence how data is accessed, understood, and used across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with clinical, operations, and product teams to identify high-impact data initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Champion user needs when collaborating with data engineering, analytics, and development teams.
- Define and execute a roadmap to improve the usability and reach of our analytics tools.
- Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and scientists to deliver data solutions on agile timelines.
- Use user research, testing, and market insights to refine features and increase satisfaction.
- Write clear product requirements, including business cases, user stories, and trade-off analyses.
- Guide features from concept to launch through active participation in scrum ceremonies.
- Track usage and feedback to uncover gaps and opportunities in existing data products.
- Promote data literacy and expand self-service capabilities across teams.
- Approach complex challenges with empathy and curiosity, prioritizing user needs.
- Work independently in a fast-growing, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of product management experience, preferably in data-heavy or healthcare environments.
- Proven success delivering features using agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and storytelling.
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, schema design, and data storage systems.
- Ability to write and read SQL fluently.
- Curiosity about eating disorder treatment and a drive to become a domain expert.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced setting.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role, with team members distributed globally. We’ve been 100% virtual since launch, offering flexibility with occasional travel for in-person gatherings.
