The Senior Product Manager at ITW will lead the Framing Segment for the Residential Division in Australia and New Zealand, reporting to the Product Portfolio Manager. This role demands full ownership of the product lifecycle, with a focus on strategy, innovation, and market-specific solutions that deliver commercial impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute the growth strategy for the Framing Segment ANZ – driving commercial impact and alignment to divisional goals.
- Drive strategies that directly elevate market share, profitability, and customer value.
- Take full ownership of the category – making decisions, identifying opportunities, and steering direction with autonomy and accountability.
- Treat the category like your own business – balancing strategic thinking with practical execution and commercial rigour.
- Own the full product lifecycle, including roadmap development, range management, competitive positioning, and portfolio optimisation.
- Advance the innovation pipeline, championing NPD opportunities and defend strategies backed by robust market insights.
- Partner closely with Sales to uncover market needs and support sales execution.
- Lead and collaborate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver seamless execution.
- Build collaborative relationships across Paslode’s global teams to shape solutions that deliver impact locally.
- Analyse business, product, and market data to identify new growth opportunities.
- Drive product simplification, operational excellence, and process improvements.
- Deliver high-quality insights through monthly and quarterly product reviews to support smarter, faster decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in product management or commercial marketing.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capability and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to develop and communicate product strategies clearly.
- Strong skills in simplifying complexity and prioritising with an 80/20 approach.
- High learning agility — curious, self-aware and growth-oriented.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or related fields.
