NineTwoThree AI Studio is hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive digital product work with a fast-paced, technology-forward team. In this role, you will take leadership for the concept and launch of half a dozen new client products every year. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will effectively serve as the client’s Head of Product.
What You'll Do
- Manage 2 to 3 active clients and projects simultaneously, maintaining a clear understanding of project status, timelines, and potential blockers.
- Research the client’s market to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their product vision and define requirements for the full initial product scope.
- Work directly with product designers to translate client requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
- Define user stories and requirements for project managers to implement into tasks and acceptance criteria for development and QA.
- Lead weekly client meetings to provide updates, discuss progress, and demo development milestones.
- Manage client expectations, including facilitating difficult conversations around scope and prioritization to ensure budget and timeline requirements are met.
- Support sales activities by joining prospect calls and writing proposals, scoping documents, and timelines.
- Identify and manage opportunities to up-sell clients on additional product features, marketing services, or ongoing support contracts.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager of digital products (SaaS, mobile, web, AI, etc).
- Strong experience with relationship management, either in a client-facing role or with executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic product-development environment.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and critical-thinking skills.
- Located in the EST time zone (or adjacent, and able to overlap the European team at least between 8am-1pm Eastern).
