What You'll Do
Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals within process manufacturing and industrial sectors. You'll lead consultative conversations with C-level executives, plant managers, and operational teams, demonstrating how advanced analytics can solve real business challenges.
Deliver tailored presentations, live demonstrations, and business cases that clearly communicate value. Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and trade shows to expand market presence.
Ensure CRM data is up to date, provide accurate sales forecasts, and contribute insights to refine go-to-market strategies based on direct market feedback.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Have at least three years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, industrial technology, or data analytics
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of enterprise sales processes and consultative selling techniques
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Be proficient with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Be self-driven, goal-focused, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Be fluent in English and able to work weekly from Hasselt
Preferred Qualifications
- A master’s degree is considered an asset
- Familiarity with process manufacturing, Food & Beverages, or Chemicals industries is advantageous
- Additional language skills in German or French are a plus
