As an Account Executive focused on new business, you’ll play a key role in expanding the partner network by identifying and onboarding IT service providers, managed service providers (MSPs), and security-focused organizations. Your primary responsibility will be guiding prospects through a value-driven sales process—from initial outreach to final agreement—with a focus on demonstrating clear return on investment.
What You'll Do
- Lead outbound efforts to build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline within your assigned region or market segment
- Make 40–50 targeted outbound calls daily when needed to engage potential partners
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and develop business justifications that align with partner needs
- Navigate pricing discussions and finalize implementation terms within established margin guidelines
- Work closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to ensure smooth deal progression
- Mentor peers and contribute to team-wide performance by sharing best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of six years in sales, ideally within software, IT services, or technology solutions
- Proven ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle
- Strong background in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, with professional communication skills
