ConnectWise is hiring a VACATURE – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (NEW BUSINESS)

About the Role

As an Account Executive focused on new business, you’ll play a key role in expanding the partner network by identifying and onboarding IT service providers, managed service providers (MSPs), and security-focused organizations. Your primary responsibility will be guiding prospects through a value-driven sales process—from initial outreach to final agreement—with a focus on demonstrating clear return on investment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead outbound efforts to build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline within your assigned region or market segment
  • Make 40–50 targeted outbound calls daily when needed to engage potential partners
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and develop business justifications that align with partner needs
  • Navigate pricing discussions and finalize implementation terms within established margin guidelines
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to ensure smooth deal progression
  • Mentor peers and contribute to team-wide performance by sharing best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of six years in sales, ideally within software, IT services, or technology solutions
  • Proven ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Strong background in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, with professional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo
