Lead the product vision for a fast-moving SaaS company focused on Revenue Intelligence. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining strategy to delivering impactful features that solve real problems for sales leaders. You'll work directly with the CEO and play a central role in shaping the future of the platform.
What You’ll Do
- Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct hands-on user research with sales executives to validate problem-solution fit and refine product direction.
- Break down strategic initiatives into actionable user stories and maintain a well-groomed backlog.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure clean, timely delivery—clarifying requirements, reviewing designs, and validating outcomes.
- Partner with UX to guide discovery efforts and ensure user-centered design principles are embedded in every feature.
- Act as a technical and functional resource for sales and customer success teams during pre- and post-sale engagements.
- Ensure internal teams are informed and equipped ahead of product launches.
- Communicate product updates and maintain accurate, accessible documentation across teams.
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of product management experience in agile, SaaS environments.
- Proven track record in user research, qualitative analysis, and translating insights into product decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Nice-to-Have
- Background in analytics-driven SaaS products.
- Solid data analysis skills and fluency with business metrics.
- Experience working in or alongside sales organizations.
Compensation & Environment
This is a remote-first position with a flexible, global work model. You’ll receive a base salary of $100K, eligibility for a performance bonus, and a 1% equity stake. Additional terms are open to discussion based on experience and fit. The team blends startup energy with seasoned leadership, building innovative software in a stimulating, collaborative atmosphere.
