About the Role

What You'll Do

Partner with enterprise clients, including executive stakeholders, to design and implement comprehensive strategies across major marketplaces. Guide brands through every stage of growth—from foundational setup to advanced optimization—on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and TikTok Shop. Lead client engagements from start to finish, including planning annual initiatives, managing promotional calendars, and refining supply chain performance.

Take ownership of client communication, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and progress. Lead meetings, prepare presentations, and deliver clear summaries of action items and next steps. Serve as the primary point of contact while coordinating closely with internal teams in retail, media, creative, and sales to deliver seamless execution.

Develop and share best practices for marketplace success, delivering training when needed to both clients and internal staff. Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and support business development by uncovering new value areas within existing accounts. Contribute to agency-wide knowledge sharing through thought leadership and internal training initiatives.

Monitor client accounts regularly, analyze performance data, and provide strategic recommendations based on insights. Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends, proactively informing clients of new features, policy updates, and growth opportunities. Once core strategies are established, help clients explore innovative approaches both on and off marketplace platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystem, including advertising tools, retail mechanisms, and seller programs, with familiarity across other major marketplaces
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders and aligning them with strategic goals
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across teams and organizational levels
  • Highly detail-oriented and responsive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, planning, and presentation development
  • Ability to think commercially and offer data-informed recommendations that address real business challenges
  • Adaptability and a continuous learning mindset, with integrity and a focus on long-term relationship building
