You will take the lead in initiating conversations with prospective organizations, conducting insightful market research, and driving client acquisition through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends to uncover new business avenues and client requirements
- Initiate and coordinate meetings with potential clients to explore collaboration opportunities
- Prepare and review sales agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives
- Nurture long-term partnerships with both new and current customers to support ongoing business development
Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate a history of success in business development within IT staffing environments. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities are essential. Prior experience managing formal procurement processes—including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs—is required to effectively respond to client inquiries and secure new contracts.
