What You'll Do
Design and coordinate quarterly marketing plans with major retail partners to align with sales goals and strategic priorities. Lead the rollout of product launches and seasonal campaigns across both online and in-store channels, ensuring consistent and compelling brand experiences.
Manage marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing return on investment, reallocating funds as needed to support high-performing accounts. Monitor retail advertising efforts to secure visibility that reflects or exceeds market share.
Ensure the timely deployment of current retail materials to maintain premium brand representation and continuous in-store presence. Analyze sales and campaign performance data to generate insights that guide future marketing decisions.
Serve as the main marketing contact between internal teams and retail partners, fostering collaboration across sales, account management, and external marketing departments.
Requirements
You hold a recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. You demonstrate initiative, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience through internships or part-time roles in marketing, retail, or sales will strengthen your application. Even limited professional exposure in these areas can be beneficial.
