Baymak Makine San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is seeking a Spare Part Product Specialist to lead product lifecycle management, develop segmentation strategies, and improve spare parts processes within its HVAC manufacturing operations. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with procurement, local teams, and international units as part of BDR Thermea Group’s global network.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deploy product/category segmentation strategies and value propositions
- Lead improvement projects for spare parts processes (e.g., service kits, training center initiatives, sustainability)
- Coordinate the rollout of maintenance kits across countries in collaboration with DU and Procurement
- Drive full product lifecycle management: from new product development (NPD) to SKU rationalization and cessation
- Monitor portfolio financial performance and enhance profitability and market share
- Gather and consolidate market intelligence and customer feedback from local teams
- Act as the Spares representative in large-scale projects (e.g., ERP implementation, supply chain optimization, data management)
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Extensive experience in product management or portfolio strategy
- Technical knowledge of heating and/or cooling system installations
- Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work effectively across teams
- English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Koceali (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova)
