What You'll Do
Drive the shift toward Product-Led Growth by embedding data-first practices across the product organization. You'll shape the strategic direction of the entire mobile portfolio, identifying high-impact opportunities that boost user retention, in-app revenue, and organic growth. Lead product discovery through delivery, ensuring disciplined prioritization and rapid iteration.
Manage and mentor a growing team of product managers, cultivating a culture rooted in accountability, analytics, and continuous learning. Serve as an active Product Owner for a key delivery squad—crafting requirements, refining backlogs, and collaborating daily with engineering to ship valuable updates. Partner with executive leadership during acquisition evaluations, assessing product health, integration potential, and growth pathways.
Work closely with Engineering and Design to maintain momentum and quality, ensuring alignment across roadmaps and execution. Operate with significant autonomy in a decentralized, asynchronous environment, proactively identifying and acting on strategic levers without waiting for direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Business Analytics, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 10 years in Product Management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles within B2C mobile
- Proven success using mobile-specific metrics (LTV/CAC, ARPU, Churn) to guide product decisions and improve business outcomes
- Track record of delivering against engagement and revenue goals in subscription-based mobile products
- Deep fluency in Agile methodologies and modern product tools, with a focus on fast, evidence-based delivery
- Strong communication skills to translate vision into technical action and align cross-functional partners
- Experience mentoring teams through operational shifts, particularly in adopting Product-Led Growth frameworks
- Self-directed mindset with the ability to identify priorities and drive progress independently
