Renew Home is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a 6-month contract to support the development of virtual power plant (VPP) products across the residential energy landscape. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric energy solutions that scale across North America.
What You'll Do
- Solving for the challenges and opportunities across a diverse set of VPP experiences through partners like utilities and energy retailers.
- Translating those opportunities into tangible features.
- Drive a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, product marketers, and business development and sales leads to execute against the roadmap balancing impact, scale and both business and end customer experiences.
- Launch VPP features that help bring to life the next era of virtual power plants in the US.

- Ability to look into an ambiguous opportunity space and start running without day-to-day direction.
- Ability to prioritize in a data and insight driven way that helps to align the broader organization to ensure clear focus. This includes forming strong opinions that you will change as the data changes.
- A desire to build the next generation of energy services products that delight customers and deliver what the industry needs.
- You are energized by meeting with partners to deeply understand their needs and you have experience turning their needs - not just their requests - into a roadmap and launched/landed products.
