As the Sales Manager for Colombia, you will drive market entry and revenue growth across Latin America for a cutting-edge SaaS solution used by major electricity providers. You'll convert high-potential leads into signed contracts and expand existing engagements, growing relationships from initial deployments into long-term, system-wide partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Advance qualified leads through the final stages of negotiation to secure initial project contracts.
- Build and manage a regional pipeline, establishing a strong presence in Colombia while supporting expansion across LATAM markets including Peru, Chile, Argentina, Panama, and Mexico.
- Act as the primary technical and commercial contact for utility clients, guiding senior stakeholders through complex implementations and long-term value creation.
- Collaborate closely with leadership in London and regional experts, combining local insight with global strategy to scale adoption.
