About the Role

As the Sales Manager for Colombia, you will drive market entry and revenue growth across Latin America for a cutting-edge SaaS solution used by major electricity providers. You'll convert high-potential leads into signed contracts and expand existing engagements, growing relationships from initial deployments into long-term, system-wide partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Advance qualified leads through the final stages of negotiation to secure initial project contracts.
  • Build and manage a regional pipeline, establishing a strong presence in Colombia while supporting expansion across LATAM markets including Peru, Chile, Argentina, Panama, and Mexico.
  • Act as the primary technical and commercial contact for utility clients, guiding senior stakeholders through complex implementations and long-term value creation.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership in London and regional experts, combining local insight with global strategy to scale adoption.
  • Shape the future of the role as the business grows, with a path toward leading a local team as the market develops.

Requirements

  • Background in engineering or a technical field, with proven success in account management or consultative sales.
  • Ability to engage confidently in technical discussions while maintaining a sharp focus on commercial outcomes.
  • Proven capacity to operate independently and strategically in uncharted markets.
  • Fluent professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
