ServiceNow is hiring a Sr Enterprise Account Executive - Manufacturing (GA, NC)

About the Role

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to focus on producing new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model for the Manufacturing vertical. You will accomplish this through strategic account planning, territory planning, and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects.

What You'll Do

  • Develop strategic relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy, leading across a broad virtual team of Solutions Consultants, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap.
  • Identify and bring in the right specialist or support resources at the right time to advance deals.

What We're Looking For

  • You must reside in the Atlanta, GA Metro or Charlotte, NC Metro areas.
  • 10+ years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization.
  • Proven experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and internal teams.
  • Track record of producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • The ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and strategic plans around IT.
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to Have

  • SaaS Sales experience into the Manufacturing vertical is highly preferred.

Team & Environment

You will lead across a broad virtual team including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.

Work Mode

This is a remote role, but candidates must live in and work from the Atlanta, GA Metro or Charlotte, NC Metro areas where the target accounts are located.
