TP-Link Systems Inc. is hiring a Sr. Director of Customer ISP Marketing

About the Role

TP-Link Systems Inc. is looking for a Sr. Director of Customer ISP Marketing to shape and execute our marketing strategy for the Local ISP segment. This customer-focused, executive leadership position is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer-facing marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Define customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging to establish leadership and differentiation by Local ISP segment and buyer persona.
  • Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to develop and execute high-performing, integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Establish process and performance metrics, including KPIs, to analyze and optimize the effectiveness of all marketing programs.
  • Define and implement co-marketing programs with ISP customers, Channel Partners, and industry consortia.
  • Determine and execute a comprehensive, cost-effective strategy for shows, conferences, and events to maximize brand exposure and generate demand.
  • Manage and track the marketing budget to maximize return on marketing efforts.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team with a focus on continuous improvement of marketing metrics and KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years in channel sales leadership, with emphasis on distribution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree preferred.

This is an executive leadership position.

  • Compensation: $230K - $270K
