TP-Link Systems Inc. is looking for a Sr. Director of Customer ISP Marketing to shape and execute our marketing strategy for the Local ISP segment. This customer-focused, executive leadership position is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer-facing marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Define customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging to establish leadership and differentiation by Local ISP segment and buyer persona.
- Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to develop and execute high-performing, integrated marketing campaigns.
- Establish process and performance metrics, including KPIs, to analyze and optimize the effectiveness of all marketing programs.
- Define and implement co-marketing programs with ISP customers, Channel Partners, and industry consortia.
- Determine and execute a comprehensive, cost-effective strategy for shows, conferences, and events to maximize brand exposure and generate demand.
- Manage and track the marketing budget to maximize return on marketing efforts.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team with a focus on continuous improvement of marketing metrics and KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years in channel sales leadership, with emphasis on distribution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree preferred.
