Centific is hiring a Sr. Director of Client Partner - Strategic Enterprise to spearhead market penetration into a portfolio of iconic enterprise accounts. You will establish Centific as the premier partner for Agentic AI by architecting multi-year, C-level partnerships that reshape how enterprises operate.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive land-and-expand strategy for named accounts, creating the initial beachhead and scaling footprint across business units.
- Build trusted, strategic relationships with C-level executives and key VPs, articulating the business value of Agentic AI as a strategic business advisor.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments to sell high-value, multi-million dollar transformational programs, quarterbacking a cross-functional team.
- Directly compete against and displace established players by differentiating Agentic AI capabilities from legacy solutions.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and market, providing critical feedback to Product and Marketing teams on competitive threats and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the research team to leverage cutting-edge AI advancements for specific client challenges.
- Partner with Product Marketing & Alliances to develop targeted vertical-specific collaterals and go-to-market plays.
- Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline, providing clear forecasts and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of selling complex, multi-million dollar technology or consulting solutions to the C-suite.
- Demonstrable experience successfully selling into one or more of: UPS, Home Depot, Kraft Heinz, or direct competitors.
- Deep understanding of business processes and challenges in Supply Chain & Logistics, Retail Operations, and/or Consumer Packaged Goods Manufacturing & Marketing.
- Prior experience selling AI/ML, data analytics, or advanced automation solutions.
- Hunter mentality: driven by creating from nothing, breaking into new accounts, and displacing entrenched competition.
- Executive presence: credible, confident, and compelling when engaging with senior executives.
- Collaborative leader who thrives in a team-based sales environment and can lead virtual teams.
Team & Environment
You will lead virtual cross-functional teams including Solutions Engineering, Data Science, and Delivery.
