About the Role

As the SDR Team Manager, you will guide a distributed team of 2 to 10 Sales Development Representatives, shaping a culture rooted in accountability, empathy, and relentless improvement. Your focus will be on building skilled, ethical sales professionals who thrive in a global, remote-first setting.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop SDRs to exceed performance goals and prepare for advancement into senior sales or strategic roles
  • Oversee inbound lead response strategies and refine outbound prospecting techniques to generate a multi-million dollar pipeline
  • Use performance data to inform coaching, workflow optimization, and team planning
  • Encourage experimentation to adapt to evolving market dynamics and buyer behaviors
  • Align team activities with broader company objectives and execution timelines
  • Champion a learning-focused environment where feedback and skill growth are prioritized

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, STEM, or equivalent academic background with strong academic performance
  • Proven success in outbound sales development with measurable results
  • Experience in leadership, whether formal or informal, with a focus on team development
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve team outcomes
  • Passion for technology, sales, and business development with a growth mindset
  • Skill in creative problem solving and working across functions to achieve goals
