What You'll Do
Guide a team of 5 to 8 fullstack engineers responsible for an internal API platform that powers core donation processing systems. You'll spend the majority of your time managing and mentoring the team, while still contributing directly to code reviews and development tasks. Collaborate with adjacent teams to define system designs and integrate new capabilities. Maintain ownership of your team’s technical backlog, prioritize debt reduction, and support onboarding for new developers. Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and career development discussions to foster growth within the team.
