What You'll Do
Lead teams of consultants in addressing high-stakes strategic challenges for clients at the executive level. Focus on transforming customer experience, accelerating growth, and advancing digital innovation across retail, consumer goods, travel, and hospitality sectors. Deliver measurable results by aligning business strategy with operational execution.
Work directly with senior leadership to define vision, shape strategic direction, and implement transformative solutions. Mentor junior team members through structured feedback and coaching, fostering professional development and capability building. Contribute to business development by shaping proposals and identifying new opportunities aligned with client goals.
Collaborate across functions to design forward-thinking strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends. Support knowledge development within the practice and contribute to thought leadership through writing and training initiatives.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in consulting or industry roles focused on customer and growth strategy
- Proven ability to lead projects independently, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Deep understanding of consumer-facing sectors, including cross-functional business operations
- Expertise in areas such as corporate strategy, revenue growth, business model innovation, and digital customer experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning abilities
- Experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in both Cantonese and English is required
- Willingness to travel based on client and project needs
