What You'll Do
Lead and develop a team of field sales representatives, fostering motivation and performance excellence in a designated market area. You will be responsible for building strong, results-driven relationships with customers and ensuring high-quality execution of sales initiatives across the Away From Home (AFH) channel.
Create and oversee an annual business plan aligned with revenue goals, tracking progress through regular performance reporting. You will collaborate closely with internal teams—including account management, category strategy, activation, and sales capability—to ensure coordinated efforts that maximize returns and drive growth.
Coach your team in applying category insights and tools to influence customer decisions and support long-term category expansion. A deep understanding of market dynamics, distribution routes, and customer needs will be essential to delivering consistent results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, with a clear understanding of field operations and route-to-market models in the region
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a results-focused mindset
