What You'll Do
Lead the execution of complex financial advisory transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure space, ensuring precision and strategic insight at every stage. Oversee financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction structuring to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. Guide and develop junior professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the infrastructure sector, identifying new advisory opportunities and advancing the firm’s market position. Actively pitch and secure mandates, demonstrating deep sector expertise and a client-first approach. Help establish the firm as the leading independent advisor in North American renewables and infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least eight years of experience in infrastructure finance, either with a financial advisory firm or a sponsor organization
- Proven track record in structuring and closing complex infrastructure transactions
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction management
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering client mandates under tight timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote and geographically diverse teams
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements
- Demonstrated success in business development and cultivating client relationships
