ServiceNow is hiring a Sr. Director, APAC Resell Execution to lead the expansion of our reseller-led business motion across the APAC region (excluding Japan). In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable coverage and accelerating partner-driven growth in commercial, mid-market, and emerging segments.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a distributed team supporting reseller execution across multiple APAC countries (ex-Japan).
- Establish clear goals, coaching rhythms, execution standards, and developmental pathways for the team.
- Drive consistency in partner experience and execution while honoring local market nuance.
- Adapt and implement the global resell framework in APAC markets of varying size and maturity.
- Build repeatable partner motions, enablement programs, and coverage models that support scalable reseller-driven growth.
- Ensure resellers understand, adopt, and execute against ServiceNow’s commercial and mid-market plays.
- Work closely with regional sales leaders to ensure resellers contribute effectively to pipeline, NNL, and customer acquisition.
- Strengthen partner capability, readiness, and commitment across priority markets.
- Align daily execution with the Head of GPC for APAC while maintaining tight global coordination via the matrix line into the Global Head of Resell.
- Partner with Sales, Alliances, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Partner Programs to reduce friction and improve field–partner alignment.
- Establish operating rhythms such as QBRs, scorecards, pipeline reviews, and enablement cadences.
- Ensure visibility and reporting on reseller performance, execution maturity, and program adoption across APAC.
- Remove systemic barriers that hinder reseller-led execution, advocating for clarity, consistency, and simplicity.
- Build strong trust with partners through transparent communication, predictable execution, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading partner or channel execution teams across the APAC region.
- Strong ability to manage distributed teams and establish clear execution standards.
- Expertise in adapting global frameworks to diverse local markets.
- Demonstrated success in building scalable partner coverage models and enablement programs.
- Ability to drive partner adoption of sales plays and contribute to pipeline and new logo acquisition.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Alliances, Marketing, and Operations.
- Skill in establishing operating rhythms like QBRs, scorecards, and performance reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills to remove systemic barriers to execution.
- Excellent communication skills to build trust with partners through transparency and consistency.
Team & Environment
You will lead a distributed team across APAC (excluding Japan). This role reports to the Head of GPC for APAC with a matrix line into the Global Head of Resell.
Work Mode
This role is based locally within the APAC region (excluding Japan).
