About the Role

ServiceNow is hiring a Sr. CRM Account Executive - Retail Southeast to oversee the market success of our Customer Workflow products. You will support territory strategy and planning, improve vertical alignment, and execute targeted account use cases.

What You'll Do

  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution.
  • Provide input to Account Executives during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendations.
  • Ensure recommendations to territory strategy and account planning are aligned with Now Value principles.
  • Support customers to envision the value of a digital transformation and develop strategy by partnering with the account team, customer, and partners.
  • Interlock with Solution Consultants and Specialist Solution Consultants on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement.
  • Coach Account Executives, Account Development Representatives, and Associate Customer Engineers with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and help manage the sales cycle.
  • Customize the time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes.
  • Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Current location in the Southeast, United States. Atlanta strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of knowledge in a specialty solutions area (CSM, FSM) to lead solution wins.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Experience as an Account Executive or in an alternative sales or customer service role.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • 30-50% travel required.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role based in the Southeast United States.
