Lead strategic consulting engagements over a 3-month contract period, focusing on optimizing extended workforce programs through a blend of process analysis, technology evaluation, and human-centered design.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply design thinking to uncover client objectives, define problem statements, and map current-state operations including workflows, governance, and technology ecosystems.
- Facilitate interactive workshops—both on-site and virtual—to gather requirements, validate processes, and align stakeholders on project scope and outcomes.
- Analyze client documentation, process models, and technical architectures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop detailed current-state artifacts such as journey maps, data flow diagrams, and system architecture visualizations.
- Design and deliver future-state operating models, including governance frameworks, RASCI matrices, organizational structures, and funding strategies.
- Recommend technology improvements including enhancements to Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and integration of AI and automation tools.
- Produce decision-ready reports and present findings to executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Bridge communication between technical teams and business leaders, translating complex challenges into actionable strategies.
- Support change management efforts by aligning deliverables with client objectives and organizational readiness.
- Contribute to advisory practice development by refining methodologies, creating toolkits, and authoring thought leadership content.
- Represent the practice at industry events, sharing insights on workforce technology trends and emerging solutions.
Technology & Collaboration
Work across platforms including VMS, AI-driven tools, and automation technologies, collaborating with internal specialists and client teams to design scalable, user-centric solutions. Engage directly with executives, SMEs, and project sponsors to build trust and ensure solution fit.
