We are looking for skilled SAP EWM Technical Consultants to join our team in India. In this role, you will design and implement end-to-end SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures. You'll play a key role in developing and customizing core components such as reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements while ensuring seamless integration between ERP and EWM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement EWM technical architecture, including service provider models and master data layer (MDL) structures
- Develop, test, and deploy technical components using ABAP OOPS principles
- Customize RF frameworks, Warehouse Monitor reporting, and screen modifications
- Support automation of warehouse processes and optimize workflows in areas like cross-docking, wave management, and replenishment
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Guide production integration, quality inspection routines, and serial number handling
- Enhance operations through yard and labor management functionalities
Required Expertise
- Minimum of four years in SAP EWM technical consulting
- Strong grasp of EWM organizational structures, master data, and process-driven storage control
- Hands-on experience with goods receipt and issue flows, physical inventory, and slotting logic
- Proficiency in ABAP OOPS for developing enhancements and custom logic
- Solid understanding of ERP-EWM interface mechanisms and analytics in warehouse environments
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with PPF (Partner Profile Framework)
- Experience in enterprise mobility solutions and warehouse automation
- Background in ABAP development beyond core EWM functionality
