Role Overview
This position supports a worldwide sales organization by enhancing operational efficiency across sales workflows. Based in the Philippines, you will align with U.S. business hours to collaborate closely with North American leadership, ensuring seamless execution of sales operations and strategic support for revenue leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process purchase orders to maintain data integrity and compliance
- Oversee delivery of U.S.-based software licenses, including cloud key distribution
- Manage end-to-end order processing across regions, monitoring open cases and coordinating with Sales, Technical Operations, and Customer Support
- Lead recurring meetings with sales teams to refine pipeline accuracy and improve process efficiency
- Log and track service requests and operational issues using Jira and internal tracking systems
- Own subscription management and renewal workflows within Salesforce
- Generate reliable forecasts and analyze trends in recurring revenue, renewal rates, churn risk, and growth potential
- Assist the Chief Revenue Officer with administrative tasks, including travel reporting and operational follow-ups
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least three years of experience in sales operations, renewals management, or business analytics, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment. Fluency in English—both written and spoken—is essential for clear communication across global teams.
Proficiency with Salesforce and advanced Excel skills are required. Experience supporting U.S.-based stakeholders from an international location is highly valued. You must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
