Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM deployments, from blueprinting and fit-gap analysis to configuration, data migration, cutover, and go-live support
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs, define processes, and translate requirements into scalable EWM solutions
- Design and present solution architectures during presales phases, including pilot demonstrations for prospective clients
- Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring cost-effective delivery
- Configure EWM systems and develop functional specifications for complex custom developments
- Oversee integration between ERP/S4HANA and EWM systems, including master data flow and transactional interfaces
- Support production integration, serial number tracking, and quality inspection processes within warehouse operations
- Lead analytics initiatives to enhance visibility and performance in extended warehouse environments
- Drive innovation by proposing value-added improvements and optimized workflows
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in IT with at least two full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in S/4HANA environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Proven expertise as a functional consultant in SAP Extended Warehouse Management
- Strong hands-on experience in system configuration, functional documentation, and cutover planning
- Deep understanding of EWM standard processes and integration points with ERP modules
- Proficiency in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical solutions
- Experience in fit-to-gap analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Ability to lead teams, mentor resources, and manage client-facing engagements effectively
- Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle and change management principles
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, self-driven approach to problem solving
