About the Role

CCH Tagetik, part of Wolters Kluwer, is hiring a Sr. Account & Relationship Executive to manage complex, high-profile sales motions for Risk and Controls stakeholders. You will act as a specialist to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction by focusing on the adoption of TeamMate+ solutions in the corporate and non-federal public sector. This is a strategic role supporting the selling efforts of core account managers.

What You'll Do

  • Drive adoption of TeamMate+ Risk and Controls solutions in corporate and non-fed public sector accounts.
  • Conduct strategic planning to meet account-specific business needs.
  • Strategize and collaborate with core sales representatives on plans to penetrate new and existing clients.
  • Create, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales plans.
  • Conduct regular strategic meetings with senior management of client accounts.
  • Resolve critical and complex customer issues.
  • Develop and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies within accounts.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through tailored service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of sales policies and strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Expert understanding of MEDDPICC and other sales methodologies.
  • Advanced strategic communication skills for high-level client interactions.
  • In-depth understanding of the organization's products or services.
  • Proficiency in complex sales strategy development and implementation.
  • Expertise in negotiating complex sales terms.
  • Mastery of CRM tools for managing complex accounts.
  • Advanced analytical skills for strategic planning and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional ability to maintain and enhance long-term client relationships.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Part of the CP/ESG TeamMate team within Wolters Kluwer Audit & Assurance and WK Financial Services, Inc. You will report to the Associate Director, Field Sales and the Director of Sales for CP & ESG TeamMate.
