Responsibilities
- Promote and expand the use of TeamMate+ Risk and Controls offerings in corporate and non-federal public sector organizations.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with individual client business objectives.
- Collaborate with field representatives to design and execute client acquisition and expansion strategies.
- Design, execute, and track detailed sales strategies for assigned accounts.
- Lead periodic strategic reviews with senior client leadership to align service delivery with business goals.
- Address and resolve high-level, complex customer challenges promptly and effectively.
- Formulate and implement initiatives to increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering customized solutions and service approaches.
- Support the creation and refinement of sales methodologies and policy frameworks.
