Pacific Life is hiring a Sr. Account Manager to drive growth and long-term success for its Workforce Benefits division in Arizona. You will be responsible for managing key relationships and strategically retaining and growing an in-force block of business.
What You'll Do
- Foster and manage relationships with policyholders and producers through responsive communication and proactive outreach.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and the customer to meet objectives and assess client needs.
- Maximize cross-selling opportunities for growth potential.
- Monitor renewal activity and strategically prepare renewals to retain accounts.
- Gather underwriting data and claims experience to communicate renewal actions.
- Manage persistency goals for your allocated block of business.
- Assist with the enrollment process, including preparing materials and conducting meetings.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Pacific Life's group products.
- Participate in industry and community activities to stay current on trends and represent the company.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in group benefits within a sales or service role.
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice to Have
- Licensed to sell Life & Health products.

- Compensation range: $91,440 - $111,760.
