Bank of New Zealand is hiring a Sr. Account Executive (MS & Neurology) for Accredo to serve the Alabama and Tennessee territory. You will act as the primary advocate for customers and their specialty patients, promoting our pharmacy services and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent support.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary sales contact representing the company to physicians’ offices, hospital clinics, and other potential referral sources.
- Collaborate with clinical care teams, reimbursement department, and brand teams to provide insights and forward-thinking solutions.
- Assist National Account Managers in implementing key payer contracts to drive local pull-through business.
- Develop territory sales forecasts based on a completed profile of assigned physician offices and track all referrals.
- Use business acumen and knowledge of Accredo products, services, and industry trends to meet or exceed patient admit goals.
- Attend and participate in key conferences and exhibits for targeted audiences.
- Attend case conferences with internal support staff from service branches.
- Participate and assist in the strategic planning of key sales and launch meetings.
What We're Looking For

- Knowledge of managed care, insurance benefits, and payers.
- MS Office 365 proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and overall computer proficiency.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Sales experience in a service model with MS and Neurology specific knowledge.
- Clinical nursing experience.
- Experience with strategic business plan development.
- Documented success in selling a service-based model to clients, preferably in healthcare.
