What You'll Do
- Consistently exceed sales quotas by positioning a unified communications platform to enterprise decision-makers
- Develop new business through cold outreach, market research, and coordinated marketing initiatives
- Articulate the value of cloud-based telephony and on-demand service models to technical and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored responses to business opportunities
- Conduct ROI assessments and build business cases that align client needs with platform capabilities
- Identify expansion potential within current accounts and nurture long-term relationships
- Evaluate client expectations and recommend adjustments to enhance satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales of complex technology solutions, particularly in cloud or managed services
- Strong understanding of enterprise voice systems, IP PBX infrastructure, and contact center platforms
- Hands-on experience with vendors including Cisco, Avaya, Five9, and other leading telephony providers
- Track record of engaging C-suite executives and influencing high-level purchasing decisions
- Proficiency in pipeline development, strategic selling, and cost-benefit analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to simplify technical concepts
- Familiarity with web services architecture and cloud deployment models
