This role is key to maintaining strong customer relationships through effective account management. As a Collections Representative, you will contact customers with overdue balances using phone calls, emails, and written correspondence, ensuring follow-up on all outstanding items. You’ll process credit card payments, accurately post transactions, and maintain detailed records of all activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and track collection efforts for delinquent accounts using multiple communication methods
- Post payments and correct discrepancies in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain up-to-date customer account data and ensure system accuracy
- Resolve disputes by working directly with customers to reach fair and timely solutions
- Generate and analyze aging reports to prioritize collection activities
Qualifications
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required. Prior experience in collections—typically one to two years—is preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and clear communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00, depending on experience, with eligibility for overtime pay based on business needs. Additional offerings include annual incentive potential, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and employee discounts on products and services.

This is an on-site position requiring presence in the office. Remote work is not available for this role.
