This position ensures recipients receive timely, respectful support while helping shape program delivery through direct engagement and operational oversight.
What You'll Do
You will manage recipient interactions through email and phone support, guiding applicants through enrollment—especially those facing access barriers. You’ll resolve concerns with sensitivity, escalate issues when needed, and maintain compliance with safeguarding standards. Regular in-person meetings with recipients help build trust and surface insights for program improvement.
You’ll act as the primary local contact, building relationships with community organizations and partners, identifying local resources, and representing the program at outreach events. You’ll collaborate with communications teams on storytelling, contribute to evaluations, and lead operational tasks such as managing customer service agents and conducting follow-up surveys.
This role also involves tracking performance metrics, refining processes, and maintaining up-to-date documentation. You’ll coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders—including tech and research partners—and may supervise support staff.
