Pendo is hiring a Sr. Account Executive (LATAM)

About the Role

As a Sr. Account Executive, you'll drive Pendo's market expansion in Latin America—excluding Brazil—by owning the full sales cycle for enterprise clients. Working remotely from Texas, you'll identify high-potential prospects, conduct strategic outreach, and guide opportunities from initial contact through contract finalization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes for B2B SaaS solutions, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, proof of concept management, and negotiation
  • Deliver compelling, outcome-focused demos that align Pendo’s platform with customer business objectives
  • Develop and execute a targeted account strategy using modern tools and data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Business Development Representatives, and internal stakeholders to advance deals and exceed revenue goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust and guiding decision-makers through complex purchasing cycles
  • Review legal terms and contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer needs

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in professional settings
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding targets
  • At least 2 years of enterprise-level selling experience within Spanish-speaking Latin American markets
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, churn, and customer lifetime value
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally and for company events

  • Training or experience with MEDDICC or Force Management methodologies
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving sales environments
  • Strong receptiveness to feedback and a commitment to personal accountability
