What You'll Do
Travel four days per week across your assigned region to engage directly with businesses, from small operations to major organizations. You’ll act as the first face of the company, introducing potential partners to our logistics solutions and turning interest into action. Your focus will be on cultivating trust, understanding customer needs, and positioning our platform as a key asset in their operations.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless experience for new clients. You'll target high-potential accounts, many of which may be unfamiliar with our services, and guide them through onboarding with confidence. As you deepen your expertise in our product suite, you’ll develop a distinct perspective on modern logistics challenges and how our tools provide real solutions.
Take ownership of your territory, using strategic planning and feedback loops to refine your approach. You’ll also participate in ongoing training and development, with clear pathways to grow within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven ability to initiate contact with mid-market and enterprise-level businesses using phone, email, and field outreach
- Strong interpersonal skills—comfortable walking into new locations and clearly communicating value
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a self-directed work style
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Slack for daily operations
- A track record of managing a dynamic field sales schedule with autonomy
