What You'll Do
Manage and expand relationships with a growing network of outsourced finance partners, starting with a core group and scaling to a broader ecosystem. Act as the main point of contact, fostering trust and alignment on shared goals, performance metrics, and growth strategies.
Develop and refine repeatable methods for partner engagement, including outreach, onboarding, and joint go-to-market planning. Establish clear processes for referral tracking, pipeline development, and forecasting to ensure consistent results.
Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams to equip partners with the resources, training, and support they need. Champion partner feedback internally to improve tools, messaging, and collaboration workflows.
Track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that boost outcomes for both partners and the business. Help shape the long-term strategy for scaling this channel across new partner segments.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within a technology or services organization
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through indirect channels
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders externally
- Self-motivated and proactive, with experience launching and scaling new initiatives
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Skilled at aligning cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and drive results

Compensation & Work Environment
This role offers a base salary of $100,000 with an uncapped performance bonus averaging $50,000 annually, for a total on-target earnings of $150,000. Equity is included as part of the overall compensation package.
The position is hybrid and remote-friendly. You may work from any U.S. location, with primary office hubs in New York City, Austin, Miami, and Mountain View. Work conducted outside of these locations may be subject to New York State tax withholding.
