Corewell Health is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for our acute care team at Blodgett Hospital. In this role, you will provide individualized patient care, assessing and treating speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in children and adults per physician referral. You will be part of an interconnected, collaborative culture dedicated to equity in caring for patients, communities, and each other.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate referred patients.
- Establish patient and family centered goals.
- Develop and execute treatment plans to promote or maximize independence in the discharged setting.
- Participate in performance improvement and educational opportunities that promote the growth and development of the department and profession.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s Degree.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), ASHA.
- Licensure in Speech Pathology-Michigan (required) or temporary license during the CFY (required).

This is an onsite position located at SITE - Blodgett Hospital - 1840 Wealthy St SE- Grand Rapids.
